Ozenoxacin is a new type of non-fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug for the treatment of pustular dermatitis and other skin infections.By inhibiting DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, it is used as a cream (10g , 1%) to treat bacterial skin infections, including Gram-positive skin and soft tissue infections. At present, the compound has successfully completed the Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of adult Chemicalbook and pustular dermatitis in children, showing stronger antibacterial activity, safety and tolerability.Ozefloxacin was launched in Japan in July 2014 and was approved in September 2015 for the treatment of acne and skin infections (10g, 2%, gel).Ozefloxacin has a long chemical synthesis route.In its synthesis process, the following compound is an important Ozefloxacin intermediate.
