Products Description

Triton X-100 is a nonionic surfactant that has a hydrophilic polyethylene oxide chain and an aromatic hydrocarbon lipophilic or hydrophobic group. 
Triton X-100 is a common non-ionic surfactant and emulsifier which is often used in biochemical applications to solubilize proteins. It is considered a comparatively mild detergent, non-denaturing, and is reported in numerous references as a routinely added reagent.

Application Field

1, penetration: textile, printing and dyeing, finishing and other processes, where can not use anionic penetrant can choose this agent, the amount is generally 1~5g/Lo 
2, desizing: When bioenzyme desizing (starch pulp), JFC can be used to accelerate desizing, and the general dosage is about 0.1% of the liquid weight. 
3. Chemical fiber scouring: When vinegar cool fiber and other synthetic iber products are scouring, JFC2~5g/L and sodium chloride 5g/L are added to the scouring solution, which can improve the scouring effect A result. 
4, wool cleaning: penetrant JFC has the ability to wash the wool, will not stay on the wool after use, no yellows and other
defects, the fiber feel is soft, the penetrant can be used in a neutral, alkaline or acidic environment, can be used with soap in hard water, can also be used alone, when the temperature is 40~50C is appropriate 
5, wool carbonization: wool carbonization can be added penetrant JFC 0.5~1g/L, can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid and improve the carbonization effect.
