Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, English name is TETRAHEXYLDECYL ASCORBATE, alias: fat-soluble vitamin C, esterified C, esterified vitamin C, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate. Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is mainly used as an antioxidant in cosmetics and skin care products, whitening and removing spots. The risk factor is 1, which is relatively safe and can be used with confidence. It generally has no effect on pregnant women. Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is not acne-causing.

Ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, as a vitamin C derivative, penetrates into the skin and transforms into vitamin C and then plays the role of vitamin C (hence it is also called a vitamin C derivative).
