1. Food industry
Gum arabic used to be the most widely used and used hydrosol in the food industry, and the world's annual demand is still maintained at about 40,000 to 50,000 tons.
Gum Arabic can also be widely used in beverage production. For example, it can stabilize the flavor and essential oils in the production of soft drink concentrates. It is also used in candy manufacturing, like traditional hard (wine) gummy and soft candies, and can also be used as a foam stabilizer for marshmallows.
2. Printing industry
The printing layout is mainly rubbed gum arabic.
