 Polyethylene Glycol Monooleyl Ether is used as an emulsifying wetting agent, as a dispersant in the rubber industry, and as one of the components of oil spill dispersant in the petroleum industry and environmental protection industry.
Used as an ether ester non-ionic surfactant.
